Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. All items sold at LuxeDaily.PH go through quality control and sanitation procedures prior to shipping them to you. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.

However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If it doesn't look or feel right, please  fill out this form  to start the process and we'll get back to you with a solution.

 

OUR RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

All pre-orders made are considered as sold. Once payment has been made for pre-ordered items, cancellation of orders is not allowed nor could it be exchanged for other items or services being rendered.[View our Pre-order Terms & Conditions]


We will gladly accept your returns (your product in exchange for a different one) within seven (7) business days after the delivery date of products if the items shipped to you are:

  • Incorrect size, color, or item
  • Damaged 

If the items shipped are defective or different from the ones you ordered, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred. Please  fill out this form  so we can arrange for pick-up of the items from your address. 

All returned merchandise must be unopened, unworn, unwashed, with the hang tags still attached, and in original condition including original packaging. 

All items are subject for inspection prior to receiving an exchange or full refund. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. 

 

REFUNDS

We will accept items for refund within seven (7) business days after the purchase date of products that are in the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Product accessory is missing
  • Product was not delivered
  • Product was proven to be counterfeit
  • Product was wrongly advertised
  • Wrong product was delivered

For items that meets REFUND criteria, please  fill out this form   so we can arrange for pick-up of the items from your address. 

Customer and the seller must both agree for the return/refund process to commence. All items are subject for inspection prior to receiving an exchange or full refund. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received.
